Abstract

Do not apply unofficial changes to your software. Get an error report or a new request in writing. Priorize these tasks. Have at least 3 different environments for your software:

1. Development (each developers individual test environment)

2. Test / Delivery (official release with version control and configuration management)

3. Production (your customer’s environment)
